See you at Summer Fancy Food?

We are excited to be represented by our deZaan team, one of our legacy cocoa brands, at the 2023 Summer Fancy Food Show on June 25-27, 2023 at the Javits Center in NYC. deZaan offers a range of cocoa powders designed for chefs and artisans and made with the finest cocoa ingredients available. Q: How long have you been at ofi: 5 years


Q: What brought you to ofi? (Please feel free to tell us a little about your career background here, what attracted you to ofi in a few sentences)

ofi’s vision and the future of the company. I had done planning previously in my career and I saw the organization as a place where I could apply my knowledge and help find new ways of managing supply planning.


Q: What’s the most exciting part about your job?

The most exciting part of my job is finding solutions to problems by collaborating with multiple teams and functions to fulfill customer orders. Not a single day is the same as previous day, new challenges which keeps me on my toes. 


Q: What has been your favorite moment at ofi so far?

Planning for legacy spices (garlic, onion, pepper, parsley, etc.) has always been my favorite part at ofi. It feels like home.

Heirloom – so good!
